I had no idea dismantling the item it was on would destroy the ornament. I have been playing for about 3 weeks now. Bought the DLCs because I really wanted to get the season pass for these ornaments. It doesn't say anywhere that it is possible to lose the ornament. The item says "Its unlocked for all characters of the relevant class on your account" so I assumed it was a static inventory item. Is there anyway for me to get this item back. I checked my collection but it won't allow me to recover. Side note, I'm bout to stop playing this game. I already have a bug that won't let me get the quest for Prime Attunment and now I'm losing paid content without anyway of knowing its possible to lose such item.
