Im not here to complain or anything.
Although, as I run lots of programs on my computer and I love to experiment with whatever Id like to stay on the safe side as sometimes Ill just minimize whatever Im doing to play a round or two. Id like to list some of what I use a lot and Id like a feedback if something might be an issue while running Destiny. Hope my question is simple enough.
MSI Afterburner, Riva Statistics server, Vortex Mod manager, NOX, Postman, Wireshark, Handbrake, Git, OpenVPN, qbittorent, ollydbg, cygwin, speedfan... etc
There is more but I only have suspicions on these. I don't intentionally run any of them along side Destiny but if it ever happened Id like to know which I should be closing.
I also noticed that many overlays can't hook to Destiny including RTSS(Riva statistics) so Id like to know if it holds any problems cause I believe sometimes the game crashes cause of it, even tho its in the ignore list.
Thanks a bunch in advance.
Update: So I kinda wanted to reply to all those who left a feedback but didn't know how, so this should do it.
I do understand that 3rd party program can negatively impact both my game and my account one way or another, I try to stay away from multitasking while playing but mistakes happen, and sometimes I just forget that I have something running. I only have one computer so everything is cramped within it, as a cs student things only get worse, just wanna stay in the safe side. Ill do my best to keep from running many programs while the game is running, although Ill leave after burner running, for now at least as I really need it.
Thanks a bunch for everyone and sorry for holding your time.

1 ReplyVortex Mod manager (any mod app can cause a ban) NOX Postman ollydbg (most programming/dev tools can cause bans) Wireshark (in passive read only mode, should not cause a ban) Handbrake ( wont cause a ban, but why in the eff would you want to encode video while playing the game?) Git (not familiar with app, but seems like version tracker only, should not cause ban) cygwin (modified operating systems can cause bans) qbittorent ( no issues) speedfan MSI Afterburner Riva (hardware monitors alone do not cause bans they just do not work with overlay)

8 RepliesSimple answer? If you don't need it for Destiny, don't have it running in any way.
