I just noticed that all of my Bungie Reward code emblems have been lost since I enabled cross save. My warlock still has Peace of the City emblem equipped, but they're all gone from collections. I bought a lot of merch just for these codes, so I'm a little aggravated. I checked Bungie.net and it says I've only been on there for 136 days, August 21st 2019, the day I set up cross save. My username was also changed, removing the space between Stoned Mormon, that I did not do. StonedMormon was my Battle.net username not Bungie.net. Checking the redeemed code history, it only shows the Codex Doctrinae as being redeemed, the only code I redeemed after cross save, from the Grimoire book my wife got me for my birthday. All the other codes have been lost, presumably still on the original, pre-cross save Bungie account. I tried to disable cross save but I had purchased silver on my Xbox account, my main account, so I have to wait 65 days. I think it's a little ridiculous that linking accounts got rid of my emblem collection that I've spent years on. I've been playing destiny since the Dark Below and hardly play anything else. I have over $1,000 in Destiny merch in my game room, and this honestly has me a bit put-off from playing. Please either find a way to return all my previous redeemed codes to my cross save profile, or disable cross save on my account and return my original emblem collection. Xbox gamertag is Stoned Mormon, Bungie profile is StonedMormon. Please update me on a resolution.

It was that you performed the linking and linked the original accounts backwards, and in doing so, you orphaned your original Bungie.net profile. https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/12610534/Stoned%20Mormon Based on your information, the above profile is your original profile. When you set up for Cross-Save, instead of following procedure and linking your accounts from that profile's Accounts & Linking section, you instead logged into Bungie.net with one of the unlinked accounts, which created your new Bungie.net profile. After you were logged in with this new profile (the one you're on now), you then proceeded through Cross-Save, and when you linked each account in that section for authentication, it unlinked each of those accounts from your previous Bungie.net profile. This was done by you, not Bungie, because you were telling the system that you wanted those accounts linked to this profile instead. If you had noticed the issue within 90 days of having done the above, you could have recovered the old Bungie.net Profile and set everything up properly. Sadly, because it's been more than 90 days, you can no longer recover the orphaned Bungie.net profile. All redeemed emblems on that profile will remain on that profile; they cannot be transferred to a different Bungie.net profile. Because you do not have access to any of those redeemed emblems on this profile, your linked accounts that are attached to this profile will not have them available in your Collections.
