Hey all,
For note, the machine I'm using is an MSI and has an I7-9, a 1660 Ti (6GB), 32 GB RAM, a 144 Hz monitor, and has dual SSDs.
Recently switched over to PC about a month ago, although I still main console. Up until a few weeks ago, everything was great - I was running at a smooth 180+ in all game modes and locations. This is about what I expected, because from everywhere I'd read online, this is what I expected. However, in the past week or so, I can't seem to get above 130-140, and average about 120. This is the same for other people in my mega-clan who have the same GPU.
Is it possible that a recent update made the FPS drop for specific GPUs? I've tried editing my settings, and even factory resetting my machine (all my games and coding projects are backed up on an external), and nothing has seemed to work. Really want to get back to 180.

Hi. You may want to verify the integrity of your game files in the Steam app to see if that may help with your issue. Here are a few more suggestions which may help with your issue:
1. Remove your CVARS.xml file to see if that helps. 7. You may want to try lowering your graphics settings and capping your FPS. 8. Try lowering your FOV 9. Do you have Nvidia GeForce Experience? Try to reset / optimize your game's graphics settings from that. 10. Change your Window mode to Windowed.
