Bungie...Infusing master worked armour
If you infuse a piece of master worked armour into another piece of unmasterworked armour, the new piece of armour should become master worked.
This fix 50% of armour 2.0 problems, of “wasting” enhancement cores/enhancement prisms/ascendant shards on armour that is just going to become obsolete next season anyway.
The Elemental affinity problem is another story...

5 RepliesInfusion is just for Power level. If you want to break down a piece of Armor 2.0 that is full Masterwork, I believe you get back 6 Enhancement Cores and 6 Enhancement Prisms.

Not a bad suggestion outside of easy masterworked gear is to get. My question is though, why not just break the gear down if you're after the materials? I know pinnacles are different as they're once a week, I've shuddered myself a few times infusing a curated pinnacle instead of breaking it down for parts.
