Whats a good way to farm exotic engrams?

i’m sure you’ve gotten it by now, but the sturm is an exotic quest. i don’t think you can get it from engrams. i could be wrong though. hope this helps.

Just play the game, I’ve had three drop on the ground in patrol in the last two weeks. Granted that’s a change from the grand total of zero exotics I’ve gotten in the last few months but still. That’s where my luck has been.

980 Nightfalls HANDS DOWN. It's pretty much 1-2 exotics every run, with a few runs here and there not getting one. Absolute best farm

The season pass has a handful of exotic engrams to pick up. Other than that I’ve had most luck with the weekly Tower vendor ‘powerful rewards’. -
