Hi,
I've already sent an email to bungiesupport@brandaccess.com but I haven't recieved a reply so far.
GLS decided not to deliver my package for no further given reason, after they've kept it in storage for 10 days they simply returned it to sender. I've been in contact with them and they suggested I should contact the sender.
On my Bungiestore account page it says the order has been fullfilled however since GLS accepted the package. I kinda just want my stuff or my money back - pls to help.

1 ReplyPlease contact the BungieStore Customer Support; the systems and people there are entirely separate from the people and systems here, so we're not really able to help you. Please use the form here: https://bungiestore.com/pages/customer-service . The BungieStore has been known to resend something that's been undeliverable in the past, based on other forum posts I've seen before, so that'd be your best bet. Please keep in mind that they do work regular business hours, so be patient after submitting your form, but hopefully someone from the BungieStore will get back to you and help you get what you ordered.
