I contacted bungie over 2 months ago because my game lagged out, i re-entered the game and i was banned. i still have not been unbanned or received a reply. if you have bad internet don't play ANY bungie games. i've seen better customer service at the dollar tree for god's sake. pull your **** together. I will continue to post horrible reviews until your customer service improves. thank you for wasting my time. if I continue to buy games from you and be banned for bad internet I will sue for enough to cover every single bungie game I have ever purchased. my email is {REDACTED} I highly recommend you get back to me on this subject.

Edited by dc213baseball: 12/30/2019 5:11:46 AMSo you failed to adhere to the guidelines listed on all media regarding the connection requirements, but somehow it’s Bungie’s fault you failed to ensure you met them? If your network is really that bad, then maybe online gaming should take a hiatus for you.

Bungie has made it clear that poor connection quality will get you banned. This wasn't information that was hidden from us. You can try to sue, but the EULA you signed when you first accessed Destiny will make winning rather difficult. If we're being honest, them removing you is quality customer service because it prevents you from negatively impacting the experience for the rest of us.

Should have read the rules and t&c before playing. They should rightly so be banned for bad internet. It disrupts everyone else's gameplay, stick to single player games

Why should other players have to put up with your bad internet? I want all of you banned. It improves my experience.
