Hey there, I am not sure where else to post because I cannot find any contact form or in-game support. I have been trying to get through the Shadowkeep quest line on the moon. I am fairly certain my character is bugged and this is not something I can fix myself. I got the two essence quests from Eris and completed them. One involved sniper kills and a crown (which I hated) and the other completing 3 bounties. I completed both before going back. At this point both quests said "work with Eris Morn to find a solution." I talked, she told me about the cryptoglyph (I think it unlocks the alter thing next to her) but the quest didn't change. So I went down to Hellmouth, and after a stupid amount of time looking I gave up and watched a walkthrough. I realized something was wrong because I was not getting markers telling me where to go or any dialog like the person in the YT video. Also when I got to the right place the alter was innactive. I reset the game and tried talking to Eris or going down again. No change. Looking at my quests I also found my main Shadowkeep quest tells me to complete "In the deep" - a quest I don't have. when I track it it points to Eris, who won't do anything but give me bounties. She also has a cloak At this point I was fairly sure my quests were bugged into not progressing. I tried abandoning the essence quests and ... was unable to re-acquire them. As things now stand, I have neither of the essences, cannot re-acquire the quests, and cannot progress in the Shadowkeep quest line because I lack "in the deep." I think I need someone to reset these quests or give them back to me. It seems like getting in-game help from Bungie is difficult. Is there something else I should do? Thanks for any help.
