Scout Rifle Final Blows
I’ve tried everything, but I can’t seem to get a final blow? I’ve even made sure no other friendly was firing and I’ve completed multiple other scout rifle bounties in the same time, so what gives?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hard reset or clear cache usually clears up issues like this.
