Iron banner require scout kills.. between using patron of lost and mida I'm getting off 4-5 shots in duels no problem but I'm getting flinched so bad by anything firing back it makes it a useless primary. I've played 4 games trying to get scout final blows and I've gotten 2 kills. The rest has been with my sidearm, abilities, and supers. Flinch is bad. I'm not saying to have no flinch, but sheesh let me duel. Before nerfing hand cannons ranges so severely maybe take a look at how bad flinch is on these.
