Hello. I have been playing Destiny 2 for a long time (since beta on bnet) with my friends. We play together under one clan tag (which we did not create on the site Bungie.net). And all this time for us this is a big problem. On the site I am not the founder / creator of the clan, so I can’t edit it in any way (change banner, description, recruiting and so on). Attempts to contact the founder, who is indicated in the clan information, have failed for the third year now. I wrote to him in private messages on the site, tried to find him on the Internet by his nickname. I even found a similar channel on the YouTube and tried to contact even there through the feedback form in personal messages. The player himself who occupied our tag does not play the game (judging by his statistics on the site). That is, he does not deal with the clan at all. And we would love to. We don’t want to create a similar new tag, because with this [original name] we exist since 2011.
Please assist in resolving the problem. Is there any possibility of transferring the rights of the clan founder on the site? Can we somehow get back our clan tag?

2 RepliesBungie won’t get involved with clan management. If the current founder can’t be reached or won’t change founder, then you only have 2 options: 1. Continue playing as is. 2. Start new clan.
