Prime Attunement
Creating a new thread because support has now been ignoring the people posting in the last one for a month.
Three months since Shadowkeep launched and New Light characters that were deleted and recreated still have no way to get Prime Attunement. It's not even listed as a known issue, can we ever expect a fix for this?
I'd like to be able to get exotic engrams as loot drops and complete Revered Treasures at some point and I think I've waited long enough.

I'm having the same problem with my Titan. My Hunter and Warlock have the buff but I couldn't get the buff for my Titan. People are saying you have to be above 900 but I'm 969 and still don't have the buff. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I don't know
