Suros regime never heals when you need it, buff the rate to 100% in pvp, just like Monticarlo
I cant believe how many times it didn't heal me when I needed it to, it just heals when nobody else is around
This is such a crap mechanic in destiny

They changed monte at the start of this season so in pvp a kill is now rng chance to get melee back just like in pve 👍

7 RepliesI'm pretty sure SUROS with the catalyst does heal 100%, and Monte working 100% of the time is unintended. It will not work 100% forever
