Hi,
To start of I played Destiny mainly on PC but I have a PS4 now too where I enjoy to play Destiny on from time to time (thanks cross save). Now I saw when playing on PS4 that Shadowkeep was in sale and I thought might as well get it now. I didn't know however that expansions don't come to other platforms so I do not have it on PC while it is my primary platform. I find it quite weird how everything can transfer but expansions cannot, and also that it doesn't even tell us on the Store Pages of Shadowkeep that it doesn't come with you on other platforms. I had to find this answer on the forums. So can Bungie transfer (or refund) a Shadowkeep license to my pc account? I'd hate it even more to spend another $20-30 on the same expansion just to play it on PC with my friends.

18 RepliesExpansions (Forsaken/Shadowkeep) do not transfer and must be purchased on each platform you wish to play them on.
Do my previous game purchases transfer across platforms? No. The things you have purchased from your PC or Console stores will remain on the platforms where you bought them. These includes games or balances of Silver. Cross Save enables you to access the Guardians and Collections on one Active Account from wherever you play. The things that you acquire for your characters in the game are what move with you from one platform to another.
For any kind of refund scenario, you would need to work with the marketplace that sold it to you
