I'm trying to complete the "Introduction: Quests" and "Discover the EDZ" quests. I completed the "Enhance!" quest and the EDZ adventure involving placing radio beacons for Hawthorne to meet the requirements of each of those quests respectively. The former is especially a problem because I can't find a way to reactivate the "Enhance!" quest so the "Introduction: Quests" is permanently clogging up my quest limit. The other required quests worked perfectly. I am playing on Stadia; I technically made my account on PC a couple of years ago but never made it through the tutorial (the Red War one), and when I opened it up again I started out on the New Light tutorial, so there's no way I could have completed anything else at that point.
