Bought Destiny 2 Shadowkeep but didn't get Season pass! Need Help!
Hi, and thanks in advance for your time!
Short story, on [b]14 of December[/b] i purchased through steam the DLC Shadowkeep.
On the following link [url]https://store.steampowered.com/app/1090200/Destiny_2_Shadowkeep/[/url] it says that Shadowkeep brings season of dawn, but sadly i didn't received it till this day.
I already talked with steam support, and they said to talk with bungie support because that is problem with the company of the game.
Does anyone knows what is wrong or can help me? I bought the DLC for the [b]first time[/b], my Hunter is[b] 919 of power[/b]. What am i doing wrong?

7 RepliesLooking at your game history, I see that you haven't started Shadowkeep yet (but do own it). You started Forsaken on the 5th of December. Do you have a receipt of your purchase of Shadowkeep that shows when you purchased it? Additionally, can you take a screen shot of your seasons page?

1 ReplyThe Shadowkeep you bought only came with the current season. For any future seasons, you will have to buy them for Silver from the Eververse Store.

2 RepliesIt says shadowkeep includes season of dawn because that's the current season, shadowkeep comes with one season, you got season of the undying. Only the digital deluxe came with the full season pass.
