Recently Destiny has been capping me at 60 fps in windowed fullscreen. Earlier the game was only capping at 144fps but also had much lower drops in frames, which is still not normal for me. As of launching the game 10 minutes ago, I'm now back to being capped at 60fps. So far I have rolled back my Nvidia driver since all this happened after I installed the latest driver, but that hasn't changed anything. In the past destiny was not saving my video settings so I went into the prefs folder and manually changed everything as well as setting my cvars to read only (don't know if this matters but I'll put it here anyway) Any ideas on what I should try next or what I can do to fix this?
