I recently got banned without receiving an email or warning ( have no prior violations of TOS) and Iam assuming it was because my teamate in comp was a cheater (aimbotter not ddoser) I didn’t know and I soon as I found out I stopped playing with him. I know that although I didn’t know it doesn’t matter but I would like at least the ban to change to something else rather than a perma. Please and thank you.

Per bngsecurity from your prior post:
Your account was banned on Dec 20th when an aiming cheat created specifically for Destiny 2 was detected running under your account. Note: It is not required that an attempt to cheat be successful in order to receive an account ban. Attempting to use cheats in Destiny 2, whether successful or not, is a punishable offense. No component of the decision to ban this account involved teammates' or other players' behavior. The data leading to your ban has been reviewed and validated. The punishment will not be reversed. For more information on behavior that can lead to account bans visit https://bungie.net/bans
32 RepliesBans are permanent. And actually, according to your father, you received a full-fledged hardware ban. That’s reserved for users who consistently get themselves in trouble. So you’re not telling us the full story here, but that’s not for us to discuss here.
