A lot have. I have many times but I keep coming back. Now that they've added catch-up options its easier to take long breaks to play other games in-between. For someone who's played since the beginning the formula does wear out over time and becomes more of a bore that in the first few years whether that's the style of the game or not. I enjoyed the Shadowkeep story but I want more of that and not more of the same old grind.
