It could have either longer poison or bigger poison clouds on precision hits.
Lingering poison would work differently in pvp than pve
Pve it would deal smaller DoT damage after the original poison stops
Pvp lingering poison deals 0 damage after the poison stops to just prevent health regeneration for a few seconds.
The other idea would be double the poison cloud size on a precision perfect hit or make a precision hit without the perfect draw.
