I am cross-posting this because this subject is popping up all over the forum in multiple categories:
Bungie posted on Twitter today that Saint-14 will arrive in the Tower in due time, using vaguely dramatic flair. In translation, this means Saint-14 is time-gated and will likely arrive next week. Osiris telling us to go speak with Saint-14 was meant to be a hook to anticipate the next leg of the Season of Dawn story.
For those of us who have baked Lavender Ribbon Cookies which specifically tell us to deliver them to Saint-14 in the Tower’s hangar, we have simply stumbled into a time-gating error. The cookie quest should not have been possible to receive until Saint-14 was in the tower. As such, we must all wait to progress both quests.

17 RepliesThat's horse manure. Why do the game already give the player 1-day bounties that tells you to give cookies to Saint-14. If Bungie said that, they're just covering their asses. It's bugged.

2 RepliesThat's odd that they say that. Does that mean his shotgun floating by itself in the hanger is part of the flair? It looks like it's just bug, but that's pretty dramatic if it's on purpose.

@Ryoga303 if someone says "but saint 14 has a cookie" just say "so does xur and hes not here"
-
1 Replyif you haven't made the lavender cookie yet, you might as well do it now anyway so you can masterwork the oven
