(I doubt anyone will read this) Everyone seems to have forgotten this all I ever hear is fallen babies are cute they literally ate our children.

Do you remember the piles and piles of human bones? It's not just children. Fallen are vicious monsters with a few rare exceptions.

The Fallen eat people.period. In D1 the Sepiks Prime strike there are piles of human bones just before the boss lair.
