Preorded shadowkeep but wasn’t given season of dawn pass
I preordered shadowkeep and was told that you would be giving the next 4 season passes, but I was only given the season of the undying pass, heck I wasn’t even given the pre order items but I don’t car for them. Just would like to know if I could be granted the pass or get some form of compensation unless I was Mis informed. Would love to play season of dawn without paying of I don’t need to

Thanks for contacting us. Looking at your account you currently only own the Shadowkeep Standard Edition. The Shadowkeep Standard Edition comes with a free Season Pass for the season it was activated in. If you purchased the Standard Edition and logged in during the Season of the Undying the free pass was applied to that season. You will need to purchase a pass for Season of Dawn and upcoming seasons separately.

There were 2 versions at launch, either of which could be pre-ordered. Standard edition only included one season, while the considerably more expensive digital deluxe edition included all the seasons and cosmetic items.
