Make bows not war

I have the quest on xbox make bows not war but when I try to launch it days the mission on ends the arms dealer is not available till season 8 but were in season 9

I just did the final arms dealer strike for it last night. The strike was on the EDZ map. Am I doing something different or have something different from you?

This was a Season 8 quest and most likely is not intended to still be available. Bungie are aware and investigating.
