Did you even playtest this knife?
It's completely horseshit, you can throw it in the general direction of a guy and it'll always One shot kill, it's incredibly easy to pull off. It's kind of impressive how you keep letting horrible balance decisions like this get through play testing.

5 RepliesBoth handheld supernova and all the shoulder charge abilities are OHK as well - and they don't even require a specific perk nor a precision shot to kill. I honestly don't see a problem with ohk throwing knives.
