Celestial Fire Doesn't seem to stack with One-Two Punch :(
When I tested this out in PVP I noticed I was not hitting an increased amount of damage when activating One Two Punch. I am not sure if this is intentional but I thought hunter knives get increased? Maybe all projectiles do not get an increase in damage from that perk? I really want to know!
