Unlink Deleted Xbox Profile?
To set up cross-save, I am required to authenticate linked accounts first but my Xbox live profile which hasn’t been used for years was deleted by Microsoft so now I can’t authenticate it through Bungie.net. I need this unlinked so I can finish cross-save set up for my PS4, Steam and Stadia. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

1 ReplyBungie is unable to unlink or remove linked accounts on behalf of players. You will need to work with Microsoft to recover the account credentials so you can unlink it. If you are unable to regain access to the account then you have two options. 1. Leave it as-is. You won't be able to use cross save and if you ever wanted to link another XBox account you would be unable to. or 2. Create a new Bungie profile and move your good accounts over to it and enable cross save there. Keep in mind if you go with option #2 your time on bungie.net will be reset to 0 and any emblem codes redeemed on the old profile will be unavailable on the new profile.
