(Sorry if this is in the wrong place I am not sure how this forum works quite yet) I have looked around for quite a while and have not been able to find a solution to this. Regardless of the settings I run or resolution my FPS are lower than they should and the frame times are irregular. I have tried low settings, low resolutions etc and nothing improves it. I have also tried SLI but instead of improving performance it makes it worse. As I was looking into the issue I noticed that my GPU(s) only run at <50% usage at any given time. I thought it may be the CPU throttling since I have a threadripper for some of the more creative stuff I do, but it is not capping out running between 70%-90% on average. Is there some setting or knob I need to tweak to make it work or is my computer just being dumb? (I normally run the game at 3440x1440 however I get the same or similar performance regardless of what resolution I run at.) Specs: RTX 2080 ti AMD Threadripper 2970WX 64GB Ram (3200Mhz though it does seem to be running at 2400Mhz)\ Games are loaded on to a M.2 SSD
