Season of Dawn is a disappointment
The reason its a disappointment is if you don't buy the season pass, we don't get the cores, glimmer, shards, enhancement prism, brightdust except we only get 200 BD, no Ascendant shards, materials we need except for the brightdust to masterwork our armor and weapons, and the only thing we get is the seasonal armor and weapons exotic weapon and a exotic engram and a hole bunch of fond memories engrams from EV. Edit Since I didn't buy the season pass for season 9 I lose access to season 8s finisher Beligans Flying Kick.

Halfway through I swear the game just stopped spawning captains for a while. I mean seriously, what the eff. I guess not though. What’s this about? Bright dust? Cores? Cough up some dough, man.

14 RepliesJust playing the free version you get flooded with all of that crap. The exotic scout rifle, i think, you get at level 35 for free. Now if you are disappointed because you feel you have to spend money for the FOMO, then that is along the lines of entitlement. You state the season is a disappointment, but you are the one disappointed because you were not handed these items for free. When you are older you will have much larger disappointments in your life.

Idk man I honestly have enjoyed it a lot so far. I love Sundial and I like the idea of the Obelisks.

2 RepliesRespectfully, they are a business. If they gave you all those items then why would anyone buy the season pass? It's $1 a week if that makes it easier to justify? That being said, the new season looks like crap, and I bought the Deluxe edition with 4 season passes so you may not be missing much.
