Why my cap ram usage in D2 is 2Gb if my pc has 12Gb?
Just noticed this because I have to retweak the settings( maybe a bug ) and started to think about it
To run D2 in 30-60fps I aways have to play on the lowest configs but this may be the problem
Could please someone give me a helping hand?

Your gpu only has 2gb of vram
