Bungie please return the Greaves to their Pre-nerf state. They allowed for a form extremely fun and satisfying gameplay loop between them and Monte, Ikelos, and 100 strength. The ability Pre-nerf was already doing less damage than a 4x Honed shot and needed to be refreshed with a full Monte clip. While unintended, I really don’t believe this was in any way overpowered or overplayed. Please reconsider for the sake of fun

I agree. One of our primary builds for 950 and 980 nightfalls and nightmare hunts was a titan with the greaves. On 950 you could one shot barrier champions and almost kill the unstoppable and overloads. Now I'm doing less than half that damage at the same power levels. They took a massive hit on hammer strike. I also dont think they were OP as some people are saying. Were they strong, yes of course. But having to run for long enough to proc a shoulder charge and then fly through the air to get the strike done, all while being shot at on the ground AND in the air, is a skill. I died plenty of times using this method. When you did it well it was rewarding. When you did it poorly it more often than not screwed your team because you died in the middle of enemies, and left a champion alive on the field. I cant argue against them being strong, they were definitely strong. But they only worked well in an INCREDIBLY specific playstyle. And when you played that style carefully and correctly, you were rewarded for it. Now I dont even really want to use them anymore, they end up being a detriment to my team compared to other builds and exotics I can use. They arent good enough to build around anymore, they just passively buff an ability some.

I haven’t hardly played my Titan since Shadowkeep dropped. I have played with many Titan mains and basically every single one of them have said the same as you the past 2 days. They say there’s definitely been a change that makes using them nowhere near as fun as before.

50 RepliesWhat are you talking about? That exotic wasn’t nerfed.
