Hi everyone, I'm currently working on the Sleeper simulant quest. I am on the step that requires 15 nodes, I had 10 that I already found months ago but now that I am working on it again, whenever I combine the 4 Resonate Stems I am not getting an Override Frequency. I've checked my other characters, nothing there. I've already finished the Nascent Dawn questline so it's not caused by that bug. I've literally wasted 20 Resonate stems combining them and getting nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
