Season pass not working

I have the digital deluxe edition of shadowkeep, and when I logged in today it says I have to buy the season pass. Please help.

  • Same issue here. I bought 2 copies. One for myself and one for my wife. i bought both through stream within 5 minutes of eachother. same price for sure. She has season of Dawn, and i dont. WHAT THE -blam!- GIVES BUNGIE?!?

  • I am having the same issue. I so to the season tab and hover over the banner and it says I have dawn plus two redacted seasons purchased. I cannot access seasonal activities or obtain seasonal rewards.

    • Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Looking at your account you currently only own the Shadowkeep Standard Edition. You will need to purchase a Season Pass for Season of Dawn in order to access the new seasonal content.

        • I had the Forsaken annual pass on Blizzard. And migrated my account to steam. was told I would get credit for 4 seasons on steam. Had full access to Season of the Undying. Now no access to Season of Dawn. Please help.

              Me and my buddy are having the same issue, we are roommates, so we bought it together on our console, on my account, which is set as the main Xbox account, and I can play anywhere, but my friend can't play it on the main console! And I can! And he can play shadow keep, wtf?! Everything is downloaded, he Should be able to play the season pass

              • Not only do I have Shadowkeep, I also have the deluxe edition. If I'm not mistaken, the deluxe edition guarantees gives me all of the season passes like it did for my brother. I let it slide last season, but not having the season pass for the season of Dawn pushed me to try to do something about it. I cannot grind for the new seal if I don't have the season pass. Not knnowing when I can get this issue resolved gives me axiety.

                    • ....i hear you, & I am well cheesed off also. I know damn well I had seasons 8-11, but no joy and have been left highb& dry. Just dished out for the season pass now & everything works but am well and truly riled.....played destiny from day one & put up with all the crap but this is probably the last straw...😤😤

                    • I had bought the annual pass with Shadowkeep when it came out. I went to log in today and it’s not reading in the seasons that I have the pass. It’s telling me that I need to buy 1,000 silver to get it? Kind of annoyed by this. Anyone know how to get pass this?

                      • I've been having a similar issue, I bought the pass and got the cut-scene along with it but I cannot access the starting quest/ mission. Ikora has no quests or bounties for me and this is the second day I haven't gotten the quest. In my seasons tab it shows that I have the season pass and its activated and I have gotten rewards from it but I cannot start any of the quests or get the artifact. Is it light level capped or do I have to finish a story line somewhere? Its very confusing and frustrating to not be able to know how to begin content I paid for.

                      • A litte confused myself. I bought the expansions on sale during black friday, and one of them came with an 'annual pass' which apparently didn't carry over to season of dawn. I bought the damn season anyways so I could engage in content, but still a bit annoyed. "No refunds" for in-game content.
