Are you using the same PSN account you used to logged into the forums?
What happens when you try logging into [url]https://www.playstation.com/en-us/home/[/url]?

Yes this is the same account and the game works normally as it should

Very odd.. One would think that if there was a ban with your PSN account that it would be across the board. What about logging into the PSN portal ([url]https://www.playstation.com/en-us/home[/url]) Sounds like you may have to contact Sony CS to figure out what is the issue and how to fix it so you can cross save. Good luck and hoping you get it cleared up.
