I Think Bow reloader mods should be changed to draw speed
Is it just me or does anyone else think both enhanced and normal bow reloader should be changed to draw time?
The bows already "reload" extremely fast and it seems kinda pointless as is.
Personally I think it should either decrease how long it takes to draw the arrow back or increase the amount of time you can hold it drawn.

Bow Reloader should be changed to a mod that either increases the amount of time the charge can be held, increases the window of time you can do a perfect draw, or increase the bonus damage granted by a perfect draw.

As a bow enthusiast I like bow reloader a lot. the reload speed is noticeable for me

Loading a bow requires you to get an arrow from your quiver bring it around and nock it, draw time starts when you pull back to your lips. Without knowing the real mechanics behind this, it could be you are right and Bungie didnt use the right terminology, or they saw Hawk the Slayer and thought everyone could use a bow like that. Crow was awesome. Also RIP Rene Auberjonois, brilliant in Benson but will always be Odo to me.

I think both have they’re place. If I’m right there are 3 perks that change the draw time and one is from Hush. My problem with bows isn’t the draw speed it’s how sluggish pulling out another arrow can feel.

Agree. I use bows alot and without bow reloader its already instant. With it, its just a little faster but not by much. Also to fire this weapon with the max damage you need to draw it. Drawing a bow is not the same as fire rate when you technically can release it at anytime to fire. But won't get same damage or velocity. So his concept does make since and is justified.

I think reloader is fine. I notice it on bows. Not so much the faster fire rate ones. Reload and draw time are two half’s to firing your bow. Both of them have a cap. Asking for one to do what the other does is pointless since they both do the same thing just on opposite ends of the firing spectrum. If you want bows to shoot faster advocate for the reload and draw time caps to be removed or changed. This is why Hush is so good because it goes past that cap.

Bows just need better perks overall. Their pool is really small and some are kinda useless.

3 RepliesBow reload mod is useless. Bows inherently have a fast reload especially for a weapon that is a peek shoot weapon. A draw time mod would be useful. It doesn't have to be a lot to be worth the mod slot.

honestly i wish we had mods that specifically increase a certain stat on bows. would be could to have mods that just increase the accuracy for example that you could place on weapons.
