I was running Last Wish and got a new piece of 2.0 armor. I slotted in a Transcendent Blessing. I then went to slot the mod into a 2nd piece of raid armor, but the mod was not in the available list anymore. I check back on the 1st piece and, while equipped, the mod was not showing in the available list, usually if it was slotted, it would just be greyed out. My inventory shows 5 Transcendent Blessing mods. I am now unable to add the transcendent blessing mod to any piece of armor 2.0.
