Most likely Bungies anti cheat tools found something running on your PC that violates the terms. Thats my guess .

There is a reason. Bungie investigates and places bans with a team. They clearly found evidence of wrongdoing when they investigated your account, otherwise you wouldn’t be here.

I am afraid you are not in a position to demand anything. You Broke the License agreement Bungie does not have to reply to you. Give a full list of what you run on your pc before and during gameplay. That means all programs that would be running at the time even in your task bar
