I am playing destiny 2 since September 28.
Bought Forsaken 2 on October 2nd.
From that day to till now, I have been playing destiny 2 legitimately with couple of my friends.
Me and friends started this game together,
They are in shock when they heard that my account has been banned for no legitimate reason.
I played destiny 2 before November 25 then didn't play the game for 1 WEEK
Came back home and played the game on DECEMBER 02 , as far as I remember I only played one CRUCIBLE/IRONBANNER match with my friends, ONLY ONE!
Then stopped playing it again.
Now today, December 6th, When I started my steam account ,
Its saying that " My account is permanently banned by the developer "
" Bans applied by the Game Developer "
REQUESTING A REPLY FROM BNGSECURITY , Please give full details of my activities and records.
Requesting a reply from moderators, admins and developers.
I know that I did nothing and there is no reason for troll & sarcastic replies.
I just want the records of my game activites & reason for banning.
I wasted my valuable time of my life for this game, I have no reason to hack in this game.
I have collected gears by grinding hard, all of my friends plays this game
Even I thought to buy Shadowkeep Delux Edition after this week .
All those gears .............

Uh huh. A match where you had 7 people on your team? Totally legit

All the “I’m innocent, unban me, I’ve spent so much time and money posts”.....yet, you think you’re special wanting specific details, lol. You’re in no place to ask for anything. You agreed to the TOS, you broke the rules (whether you admit it or not). Your account is done.

Edited by Trollefix: 12/6/2019 2:31:32 PMMost likely Bungies anti cheat tools found something running on your PC that violates the terms. Thats my guess .

8 RepliesYeah...those last three matches of IB definitely have signs of win-trading/network manipulation.

There is a reason. Bungie investigates and places bans with a team. They clearly found evidence of wrongdoing when they investigated your account, otherwise you wouldn’t be here.
REQUESTING A REPLY FROM BNGSECURITY , Please give full details of my activities and records. Requesting a reply from moderators, admins and developers.
That is not how this works. If you have seen Security replies, you would know they are brief, somewhat vague descriptions of the cause and extremely rare at that. They are not going to give you a full detail of your records. Moderation team and actual Devs do not answer these types of posts. Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account bans and restrictions policy page *I am not a Bungie representative, just a player trying to give the answers that are available.

Edited by Ingwe-Queen: 12/6/2019 2:44:25 PMI am afraid you are not in a position to demand anything. You Broke the License agreement Bungie does not have to reply to you. A few recently banned accounts can be seen here with BNGSecurity’s reply Banned accounts here I could show you so many. So, if you want to pursue your claim of innocence then you may end up with a very red face. PC users take special note to NO 2 for ban reasons. Doing something once / 1 time does not lead to a restriction or ban unless you are using code injecting software or cheating in some way. Connection based restrictions or bans you are given a warning about your connection first before any restriction or ban is places. Bungie investigates accounts before they hand out any restrictions or bans. After investigating your account, they found a reason. They will not remove this restriction/ban. On the occasions they do respond, the answer will give a date and a very brief reason which will be one of the following below. 1. Cheating 2. Any software being detected by Destiny while it's running. These could include Trainers, Aimbots, Auto-fire, Mods, Graphics Hacks, anything that injects code into games. ONLINE CONDUCT, CHEATING, AND ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR. 3. An unstable connection is having an impact on other players. RESTRICTIONS AND BANNING POLICIES You agreed to the license agreement. Give a full list of what you run on your pc before and during gameplay. That means all programs that would be running at the time even in your task bar
