I bring this up, because honestly it's a question that came to mind when people bring up "Outbreak isn't a good DPS option anymore cause auto reload isn't a thing. So you can't fire forever- better off using Izanagi's instead." Well there is a weapon that can be fire forever... Polaris Lance. The question I bring up is... can Polaris Lance compete against Outbreak Perfected? Would 6 Polaris be able to keep up with 6 Outbreaks? Can a weapon that fires slowly that never has to reload and does an explosive damage round stand up against a weapon that just builds up damage at a fast pace even if it has to reload. Which weapon is just... the better PvE weapon? The weapon that can fire forever, or the weapon that can build up damage.
