Steam Migration licence issue

Hi, Since I have migrated from Battle.net over to steam, It has revoked my license for Destiny 2: Forsaken and I am now unable to play the content since I have installed the game on my PS4. I am hoping that I can use this considering I have purchased it through battle.net previously?

Even if the migration works, you would not be able to play it on your ps4 without buying it on ps4
