Open world drop items are 100% worthless due to purposely being given bad stats
What is the point of the gear is it will all universally have bad stats. It might as well be blue gear cause it’s worthless. Grind adventures for tangled shore armor. Drops at 49. Do ep gear is 52. Why even bother.

What's the highest you can get? 52 base?
