Hi Bungie team, few days ago i got ban. I noticed it when trying to play the game, it instantly shows me a message saying that my account is banned. I didn't get any email saying something about it so i don't understand what happed, as i don't think i did anything wrong or against TOS.
here's my steam ID, https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198126833881/
I also have fiber internet so it can't be a bandwidth problem.
maybe you could take a look see what happened to my account and maybe notifying me about why it happened?
Thanks a lot in advance for your time,
best regards

Your account was banned on Nov 25th when we detected multiple aiming cheats created specifically for Destiny 2 running under your account. Additionally, we looked for any signs that your account was compromised at the time of detection and found that all data is consistent with your prior gameplay sessions. The data leading to your ban has been reviewed and validated. The punishment will not be overturned. For more information on behavior that can lead to account bans visit https://bungie.net/bans

I come to this section just for these posts. Thanks.

A few recently banned accounts. “Wrongfully banned. Please fix Bungie” Ban was upheld by BNGSecurity. “Sealed my account for no reason” Ban was upheld by BNGSecurity. “Banned for absolutely no reason” Ban was upheld by BNGSecurity. I could list so many. So, if you want to pursue your claim of innocence then you may end up with a very red face. Doing something once / 1 time does not lead to a restriction or ban unless you are using code injecting software or cheating in some way. Connection based restrictions or bans you are given a warning about your connection first before any restriction or ban is places. Bungie investigates accounts before they hand out any restrictions or bans. After investigating your account, they found a reason. They will not remove this restriction/ban. On the occasions they do respond, the answer will give a date and a very brief reason which will be one of the following below. 1. Cheating 2. Any software being detected by Destiny while it's running. These could include Trainers, Aimbots, Auto-fire, Mods, Graphics Hacks, anything that injects code into games. Also see Steam Service Agreement section 4. ONLINE CONDUCT, CHEATING AND ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR 3. An unstable connection is having an impact on other players. This is his Destiny community ? it's disappointing. I'm just saying that I'm innocent that's all I would have cheated I would not even have come here. End of the discussion.

They already looked at your acct and decided to issue a ban. It's permanent.

Bungie staff review each ban before it is placed. Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account https://twitter.com/Bungie/status/1179836392953675776 <- Most recent info bans and restrictions policy page *I am not a Bungie representative, just a player trying to give the answers that are available.

Oh yeah ive seen some names i know in your old matches. Sorry you might not have noticed but some are known for cheating....especially a certain clan.. One of my old clan mates and friend got banned because he played too much with them. Thank them for your ban.

Bungie did take a look. Then the srt manually placed your ban
-
To add to what Tuxy correctly told you, you will not get an email or explanation for your ban.

A not so fast ban is something on your pc or something suspicious in your history. Starters give a full list of what you run on your pc prior to and during gameplay. Even if the program doesn’t target Destiny you should list it here

All bans are final
