Shadowkeep - Essence of Pride Quest/Item Missing
Please send help!!
I'm utterly at a loss here. I apparently deleted the quest for "Cleansing the Essence of Pride" on my Hunter and I now can not complete my Shadowkeep Campaign or access the Pit of Heresy w/o it.
I have included a screenshot gallery showing my Quest Log, Postmaster Icon, Inventory, Map of the Moon, Eris Morn, and Lectern of Enchantment conversation options. It apparently shows that I have the quest, but does not appear in either my Inventory or my Quest Log. I attempted to buy the essence again, but was unsuccessful; even though I have a Phantasmal Core available. I also can not repeat the specific Shadowkeep quest, as the option no longer exists on my map, nor at that location.
I even attempted to run the "Nightmare Hunt: Pride", w/ no luck receiving the quest item again.
At this point, w/o intervention, I'm opting to start a new character in order to progress/finish this campaign.
Please help! I liked my Hunter....

15 RepliesThe Lectern can only show 2 Abandoned Quests at a time. If the Lectern is telling you that you already have one (By saying you can only hold one) and you don't have it in your Quests or in your Postmaster, then the Essence is in the Abandoned Quest section of the Lectern. Because the Lectern can only show 2 Abandoned Quests at a time, you'll need to pull out the current ones it has displayed to see others that are there. Your seemingly missing Essence should be there hidden behind those; you may need to pull out several to get it.
