Hi there. After purchasing Silver from the Steam store, the amount you purchased would be credited in-game for you to then use to buy whatever you could afford for that amount. If the Silver has not shown up in-game yet, it may take a while to process and you should check again later. You can also verify on your b.net account all Silver purchases and their status. If the purchase doesn't show up there or remains pending for several days, check the Troubleshooting guide: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13660#Troubleshoot If you have previously issued a charge-back on your account in an attempt to refund yourself a prior purchase, you would have a negative balance and would not be able to make purchases until the balance is repaid. If you received your Silver and purchased the Empyrean Armor set, it would go to your Consumables in your inventory as a package. You have 7 days to open the package to receive the ornaments inside or it will automatically be refunded. If you didn't have enough space for it to go to your inventory, you should find it at your Postmaster.
