I have many pieces of universal ornaments such as the optimacy greyed out on all of my 3 characters. I have gotten all of these pieces before and can still apply all of them to my gear appearance but they are greyed out and not counting towards my collection score. I am also unable to purchase the optimacy set from eververse either since it says I have them. I have a similar problem with the leviathan raid ornaments (Pareorian Ornament). It says to unlock them, you need to do the leviathan challenge. I have done it before and have the emblems to prove it but they are not unlocked.
