That item is asking you to collect all the items on the Undying Badge. You can view the Undying Badge by going to your Collections and the badges are on the right-hand side. The Undying Badge should be the last item in the list. Inspect it and it will show all the items from Undying you need to collect to complete that badge.

i can't collect the final item Season of the Undying doesn't have an option to collect. only to track. click the link i posted. you can see that i have done all but the the first one. Complete the associated badge on the collections screen in order to claim this triumph. it only says a can track it by pressing X. the badge doesn't have any options. Just to view the ones you need to do

Go to the Collections menu, then inspect the Undying Badge (not the Seal). Badges are on the right-hand side of the Collections screen. It should be the last icon.
