I feel this was a very blah season and the worst yearly drop we have ever had. Anyone else ready to move on?

I didn't buy shadowkeep. How does it compare to osiris? I've read mostly bad things about the amount of new content but surely osiris was an all time low?
-
Im happy its ending but not because I think it was bad. Im happy because we get something new. This season wasnt amazing but it wasnt bad either.
-
Not me, going to miss undying thanks to randy's 😢
I feel this was a very blah season and the worst yearly drop we have ever had. Anyone else ready to move on?
Not me cause I’m rank 62 and I don’t have time to get to 100 in my battle pass. I feel Bungie bottle necking my into buying the silver I need to go from 62 to 100.

Agree its time for something new. But disagree with everything else. Given everything else that has happened this year at Bungie, this was pretty amazing work. The fact that we got a DLC at all was unexpected (by me), and a testament to Bungie's sheer stubbornness.

"seasons" are the worst thing to happen to Destiny.
-
The next season will be more Dattokeep trash.
-
My motivation to play has dropped significantly .. Just need Randy's exit strategy and that ship from the 980 NF .. I need 100 kills for not forgotten.. And I've lost every ounce of motivation .. Ive mostly been playing fallen order recently

Same trailer, different park

Meh , don't care

This season left me with a serious case of Blue Caballs.

I feel like season of the undying would have been more accepted if there was no option to buy just the season, and you either got it with shadowkeep or not at all. If it was part of shadowkeeps content, then people would probably be less like "You made me spend ten dollars for this?" even though most people didn't spend those ten dollars, they just bought shadowkeep and got it with it. Not to say that what we got was good. Vex offensive was not very enjoyable past the first week, and that was most of what the season had to offer. The argument for it being that this dropped alongside shadowkeep because it was being developed at the same time as it. The reception of season of dawn depends entirely upon whether or not it has more content than season of undying, because that same level of content won't be enough to sustain a playerbase when we don't have a dlc launching alongside it. From what it looks like though, we are getting more, and more substantial, content than we did with undying, unless bungie revealed all their cards in that single trailer. And at the very least, people won't be able to complain that all the content is reskinned.

I guess my experience has been different. I have enjoyed both Shadowkeep and season of undying. I like the battle pass. The various boosts, engrams, and mat drops were well times. I never had to farm world mats, cores, or the new infusion box things. Got a steady supply from the pass. Nightfall matchmaking. Thank you. New crucible maps. Thank you. New dungeon. Thank you. I liked the Vex offensive as new horde mode. Fun to run and lots of loot. Also liked that Ikora had a new focus as a vendor on Vex offensive related gear. I really enjoy the changes to the crucible. The transition from comp to survival was welcome. Being able to solo queue is awesome. Having different game modes broken out so they can be specifically selected or avoided (looking at you countdown) is great. We can even select activities based on the type of matchmaking we prefer. I also like the changes to glory progression. I can understand why some people are miffed, but not dropping ranks is good in my opinion. You still have to earn the points to progress, but you don't get snowballed by losing streaks. Since pinnacle weapons aren't a thing anymore, and Luna's/NF/recluse are getting nerfed there not much to complain about. Yes, it's easier. It's also more fun. I have enjoyed the ritual weapon quests. Randy's could have been explained better, but otherwise they were fine. Like Exit Strategy, indifferent to the machine gun My attitude towards eververse is clearly in the minority. I don't mind the push for microtransactions. I won't buy anything for silver anyway. I don't care about recycled content, as long as something interesting is done with it. I don't have d1 so it's all new to me anyhow. Speaking only for myself, I’m quite pleased, overall.

Im happy its ending. Not because I didn't like the content this season brought, which I did, but because now we get even MORE content. Keeps the game fresh.
-
I haven't really been playing the past few weeks. If the first week of the new season sucks I'll more than likely be going right back to Breakpoint or Warframe. This is just paying to have access to more Eververse items to pay more money at this point. Pathetic.
-
Disagree. I enjoyed the season. I wish I had more time to finish the Undying Triumph.
-
I'm happy cause I'll be Unbroken next season.
-
The answer to your question is “Joe Mama”
-
The only reason I'm not happy the season is ending is because I didn't get the Undying title yet. (I also like the way the Sol Divisive Vex look in D2.)
-
Fingers crossed for a better Warlock helmet
-
Not sure but there should be a season happy ending 😉
-
The real question is “is anyone happy that a new season with zero hype is starting?” ....no

Meanwhile CoD is releasing a free massive content. Yet there are still fanboys here who believe it was activision to blame for eververse and the direction of this game.
-
I dont care anymore. Forum is much more interesting than the game.

Reach comes out today, I'll just be doing that.
