Please remove Randy´s Throwing Knife from the Collection Badge. Everything else is achievable in a reasonable amount of time except this one. The Quest is ridiculous. There was already a decent amount of PvP required to get everything else.
If anything PvP and PvE Stuff should be seperated in the Collections or they should be optional, i.e. get either this PvP Weapon or this PvE Weapon to complete the Badge.
Edit: Some People don´t seem to get that it isn´t about how they got Randy faster than Edgewise…
Edit 2: Either way the Quest is lying and Cold Fusion Medals don´t count half of the time. That alone should be enough to remove it from the Badge until fixed.
Edit 3: Abandoning it and reaquiring it fixed it. At least thats the last thing I did. Every Medal counted after that. I really thought the progress was so slow but now I finished it pretty quickly. Still standing with my suggestion though that PvE and PvP should be always seperated.

I've completed the medals part before I completed the kills and comp scoring (my 13 yr old is taking care of comp scoring for me lol!) I completed the medals without trying anything fancy - just playing (mostly Iron Banner this season)

6 RepliesI got randy's throwing knife medals done while getting progress using eriana's vow while playing mediocre rumble matches with only a service revolver. Got about 2% of the medals per match. If you're trying to only get cold fusion medals, you're going about it the wrong way.

2 RepliesBe careful with the Cold Fusion medals, the description is wrong. You need to kill two opponents with a fusion rifle in a single life WITHOUT reloading or getting a kill with another weapon in between.

15 RepliesIts part of the season, so it should be and is required. And honestly? Between Field Scout and Cold Fusion medals it didnt take all that long. Just remember you can only get a Cold Fusion medal from the ammo you spawn in with. Dont reload until you have your 2 kills from those 2 rounds.

Quest worked just fine for me, it could potentially be a problem on your end when Cold Fusions aren't counting. A cache clear could solve that issue. I also suggest looking at DIM so you can see actual number progress rather than a percentage.

2 RepliesMomentum control returns tomorrow at reset play nothing but that for the last 6 days of the season and you can obtain it.

6 RepliesYou still have a week, just bang out a ton of PvP

1 ReplyPvP Sandbox team has been slacking this season.

2 RepliesEdited by Lone: 12/2/2019 12:32:33 PMI would like to hear a good argument as to why PvP and PvE stuff should not be seperated. I could understand if someone would oppose my suggestion if it wasn´t about seperating two entirely different concepts of Gameplay. Destiny 2 PvP barely has any support except from people trying to find the newest Balancing problem to exploit. If you like PvP then that is fine. You do you.

4 RepliesRandy’s was quicker for me than Edgewise and the Vanguard quest.

1 ReplyCompletely disagree. Randys throwing knife is an undying weapon regardless of which mode you have to play to get it.

I dunno I got Randies Faster than Edgewise.
