Hymn of Desecration disappearance
Last week I had been organizing my consumables and put 2 Hymn of Desecration's in my vault to keep them safe. I went to grab them today and they are gone.

I think I had 8 in my vault, did the weekly bounty a couple of times but never used one. Completed an other bounty 2 days ago and checked DIM, one Hymn in my inventory, and nothing in my vault. They can't be dismantled, and I'm sure I never activated one, so they disappeared for some reason?
