Universal ornaments greyed out in collections
I have many pieces of universal ornaments such as the optimacy greyed out on all of my 3 characters. I have gotten all of these pieces before and can still apply all of them to my gear appearance but they are greyed out and not counting towards my collection score.
I am also unable to purchase the optimacy set from eververse either since it says I have them.
I have a similar problem with the leviathan raid ornaments (Pareorian Ornament). It says to unlock them, you need to do the leviathan challenge. I have done it before and have the emblems to prove it but they are not unlocked.

1 ReplyHi. Thanks for reporting this issue to us. We're currently investigating. Regarding your bundle purchase, have you checked your Inventory and opened up any packages yet? This is where your ornaments would be located.

I'm having a very similar issue. I own all of the Optimacy set, but for some reason the Legs of Optimacy is the only piece not greyed out in my collections. The other pieces are greyed out, but I can apply all of them to armor. Eververse also shows that I own all the pieces.
